To The One I Love



I could say we were meant to be

But if that’s so why’d it take so long for us to meet

All I know is you complete me

My whole life I’ve waited for someone like you

I thought I met that person before, but I was wrong

Then I met you and you made me strong



Its only been about six weeks

But I feel like this can’t be beat                                            

We had so many chances to talk

Yet we didn’t until I decided to take a walk

It was like destiny brought us together

          Somehow, someway I was supposed to be with you

        

          I don’t know why I feel like this

After what happened last time I let someone take my heart

But hopefully we’ll never fall apart

Everytime I see you I get this feeling inside

That’s telling me I’m in for the ride of my life

If that’s so

Hopefully it will end with you as my wife
