you were my rock

my best friend

i didn't understand why

but at the time all i did was cry

i lost you in person

but never in mind

you're always around to help and guide

you helped me through times when no one was around

and called on me when you were feeling down

i found the note

then i knew

i felt just like you

i miss you so much

i feel strange

not having you here

it all changed

forever parted but not always alone

i miss you drew

i wish you could come home
