I’m keeping my eyes open for the girl with all the signs

Heavy hearts and sadness are now all behind me

And, from time to time I find joy in living my life

And, knowing that someday hers will crash into mine



God’s Grace is with you

Even if I’m still searching to find you

And, I’m still searching through the silence

Sifting through the quiet wisdom

For rocks large enough to build you a foundation

So, that when we’re ready to fall in love

Our home will never fall



I will find a way to love you through the loneliest of times

Force myself to forgive myself for my past crimes

And, take the steps necessary to regain my sight

For all the years I’ve been blind and ignorant towards your love



And, I would give my life to find you

My love to tie to the heaviest rock

So, that you would not drift away from me
