Life is hard, that ain't no doubt,

There's trouble and grief,

Pain and sorrow.

But hey, look at it this way,

Things can only get better;

Hopefully, it will be tomorrow.

We've got to get together

And work this thing out.

Some people will scream, others may shout,

But there ain't no doubt

That everything will work out.
