Maybe its the promise

Someone never heard.



What are the words God bless you?

Said through out the day



Maybe to the lonely heart

They heard that someone pray



What are the words God bless You?

to someone racked with pain



Maybe sunshine never comes

All they see is rain



What are the words Godbless you?

sent in text alone



It is shortened oh so far

Gods name will not be shown



With people running here and there

Messages we leave



Maybe yet the Spirit

We can also greive



Gad gave us the universe

And then named every star



God can take an instant

And point,"There you are"



Maybe He is shortened

In what we do instead
