She sees me as more of a stranger

And shows me more her anger

Than the way her

Eyes saw me as her angel



You've got a broken heart

Is it sad enough to make you

cry

Or does it entertain your life

Can you forget the past when you say goodbye





All that love just feels

It aint gonna get us somewhere

But with you

I'd gladly go nowhere



Now I'm the only one there

And it feels so lonely

Being the only one where

I feel all alone

But I know I'm not the only one



I just aint got no love to defend

And along the way I lost a friend
