Who is She?

Folder:
Poetry by friends

Lost is her soul,

Her mind in limbo.

So near, she has to make the choice.

But then she remembers her daughters voice.

"I love you, mommy"

It bringsa smile to Her; though tears cover her face,

Has her life all been a waste?

She feels at fault,

For ruining so many a life.

She wasn't even a good wife.

I watch her every day,

In despair, yet still tries to find the way.

She peers into the mirror,

All she sees is a stranger.

NO, wait it's me she sees.

I am the stranger,

I am the one, the one in danger.
