I keep my breath close to my chest

Maybe something will be different 

I keep my eyes closed for a second more

Maybe the light will shine in a different way 

Drifting through the open window

To break upon the busy streets below

I feel i've been further than heaven

And now i'm floating somewhere in-between

Nothing ever takes a weight

No one ever dares to say the weary things

My head is thinking of that other place

Simply wishing for another place

My sleep no longer takes a thing from me

I am left unfolded

I can feel it when i'm with you

Nothing ever will replace our dreams

No one ever will take these things
