Thoughts

How and Why

I backed down

Like always I Faulted

Cracking like a

Sheet of glass

Slowly weaving a web

That will weave my end

Or a beginning

Which I can’t tell

Lost between the shards

I hide myself

My thoughts

Like they are Toxic

Keeping all to myself

Lost as to what happened

Just wishing I knew what

To do,

Yet at the same time I wish

I didn’t feel so alone.

I really enjoyed your poem. As a matter of fact, it's the first random poem I've recieved that's actually been good. :) Very supple imagery with the glass and the web.

Smile.. it is the cheapest facelift.

I like this very much. It's very moody, so to speak and very well written. I like the wording especially. I did stumble over the "sheet of glass" to "slowly weaving a web". There's no mention of a spider. Very good any way for a moody poem.
