ON A RAINIING DAY

Readily ,hauling roofing sheets
Trees though stationery, on spot dance all
And ground already in need
Wanting her day thirst quench
Loving fish with ducks celebrate victory
It worth celebration on a raining day

Also clamoring soul brothers
Alms spread welcome her
Our visitor, long expected
Noisy cloud tells us
She is at door
Lightening and sudden dark of sky give clue
In time our children buried
A disastrous jolly at hand
Celebrating victory, air join the race
It worth celebration
On a raining day

Like morning dew,she hurries back
As this come we scare
Some hold it nice
It quench your illness
Illness but not dryness
Somewhat pretty an too pretty still

A Fine Line

...Some hold it nice - I adore this central and synoptic line, rain as a metaphor, rain as water - love it - Lady A
