I took a bit of candy

and to my surprise

the taste so sweet and dandy

I wanted more as I started to rise.

I saw colors with this candy

not like any candy I had before

so sweet but intensified

I wasn't sure how much I could endure.

The candy took over me

addicted to its amazingness

I couldnt help the craving

couldnt help the side effects.

I stopped eating candy

forgot its amazing taste

forgot how sweet and dandy

and how much I had embraced.
