The words in this poem could be poetic

But in reality, they are just an explanation

Words to explain to you, why I love you

I am trying to be honest

And I wish I could say these words to your face

Maybe in time I will, or maybe I may never will

I could pour my heart out to you, like I did on that day

But you might just be silent and be afraid of me

I am sorry that I had to put you through this

I have to explain to you that I am a giver

And what I give the most is love

I am also a desirer

And what I desire the most is love

We are all ambitious and go to any lengths for our greed

I had a fantasy long ago and lived it for awhile

It was a mistake

I stumbled and moved on

Then you came along

I am reminded of your presence by so many songs

When you live in the moment and meet new people

You do not know the significance of meeting that person

When you are in a dark state of your life

You pray so that the powers above can give you a ray of light

And so, you were my light, and the fantasy I wanted to relive through new chapters

In the untrained eye, chasing you is a mistake

In life, love has no restraints

Even you are capable of love because you made me feel it, when I needed it the most

We are all hypocrites because we always fall in love with someone new

I live in the moment and not worry about who I will love next

Right now I choose to love you, and if I cannot have you, then I am at peace

Because loving you, makes me love the world

For the world holds love like you
