There's a doctor who's known as Dr Bill
Who says 'With my patients, lost patience, had my fill
I'm a very nice guy
So can't understand why
When I greet them, not one says 'Hi' to Dr Bill'
Dr Bill, it's true, you're a very nice man
The problem's due to their insurance plan
Your patients would love saying 'Hi' to Dr Bill
But their plan has a high deductible
Which leads to a high doctor bill, can they pay? Few can!
