I've changed for the better

you can't see through the stormy weather

things have changed

I've switched lanes



Please sit with me here I ask you

I'm not going to lie, this is all true

I apologize for all that I've done

since most of it was wrong



I'll get back in my 87 maxima

with the sun roof down

I'll take a trip to the city

so I guess i'll see you around





and I guess this is for the better

I just wanted to let you see

the new me

I didn't want to write this in a letter



I hope I've shed some light

on this stormy day

that you've seen through the rain

and noticed that I've changed
