I fell today

I'm not being

metaphorical,

I literally fell

None of the

slow motion,

hollywood style,

billy bad ass fall.

I'm just getting old, I guess.

My body doesn't take the sauce like it used to

My body doesn't heal like it used to

My body surely doesn't love like it used to

But Lynard Skynyrd still gives me comfort

in the dark december of my youth.
