If Only We had Time

Time passes so quickly these days

Life flashes before my eyes

So now I wonder constantly

What if we had time?



If only we had time

Could we have changed,

What we didn't see coming?

Let thoughs we've lost, live again?

What id we had time?



When day turns to night

In what seems like a matter of moments

Today never happens twice

Just zips by like tomorrow

What if we had time?



Asking for time back even the odd sencond,

Seems so pointless

Wishing for what we've lost

Oh what if we had time?



So much time is spent

Wondering what we would have done

If we had more time to react

Would we do things differently?

Change the way we thing?



If only we had time.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

Hmm I know in this poem it's kind of contrdictory..but it's  true I mean if you really think about it how much time do we spend wish and wanting to go back and change something we did, knowing that we will never get that chance? Instead we should take the time to think about the future and ways we could make it better. Maybe I should take my own advice......

ur absolutley rite robin. I wish i could go back in time and change some things that i did. But really u cant think about that too much. All things happen for a reason and there is no way of stopping it or changing it. Just look into the future. :)
