When I die...

When I die,

don't you ever cry

I'll be your guiding star,

up there from afar.

At the end of your busy day,

spend some time outside & stay

Look above & you'll see,

cluster of stars, one of them is me.

Tell me your stories & I will listen

your frustrations or any burden

whether you're happy or you want to cry

I'll always be there though I may not reply.

When there is storm, don't be so sad

I will be back & you'll be glad

I'm one that adds beauty to the night sky

You can always reach me, you don't need to fly...

Author's Notes/Comments:

back in my college days, in one of our class I was asked by our teacher about what I would like to become after my death that is if I will reincarnated or anything that I would like to be.   and I answered..... I would like to be a star... not a celebrity.. hehe.. but one of those we see at the night sky... I love stargazing eh..

I agree that no one ought to shed a tear when a beloved dies. It has no pain. Dying is not hell, it is in the waiting. To quote a line: "Hell is not a withered rose but a wintered bud."
