Don't scream

Don't shout

Control yourself

Control your anger

You don't want to burn him at the stake

Think of a happy place

Think of something quick

Remember something wonderful

That doesn't make you sick

You can count to ten

Or you can count on me

In your mind, you don't have to be here

You can be anywhere you want to be

So talk away

Or walk away

You won't let it

Get to you anyway

Calm yourself

Calm like the oceans

Control your tongue

And control your emotions

You don't need this

You don't need to be angry

All you need is to remember
