Teardrop of Coloured Water

Published Works

Floating endless in purple sky
amber clouds of debris
so many echoes
flip around the corners
of the junk
cluttered in the mind
River banks run wise with
impossible situations
heaven calls but
no soul heeds it
so many tempers
endlessly dripping
onto the metal floor
Thunder crashes loosely
around the crystal sighs
of ambition mixed
with failure
so many distances
have been carelessly
tossed aside
Come forth, you who seek
and see the trembled man
as he weeps
blue tears of stoic
resolutions
so many spills
of yesterdays'
complications

Dime a dozen,  best line

Dime a dozen,  best line crystal sigh uve used it a few times in my work too. Good work on getting it published. Ironic theres no real cynicism in the poem and quite a romatic view of ambition and complications. Some people... Life hey?
