Footnote: The 8 states which murdered prisoners in 2018 are Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Nebraska, Ohio,
South Dakota, Tennessee and Texas. In 2020 only 5 states executed. They are Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas. Do they all have governors who call themselves 'prolife'

In contemplation the other day, i was wondering about executioners and the judges who have condemned people to death. My thoughts began to think of them as serial killers.
