A sudden February freeze
arrested the raindrops
on the branch
like a snapshot..
stopped them in their flow
but the afternoon sun frees
drops from the morning freeze
... gone the frost
nothing was lost

DRAUGHTS OF THE SUN
now we are free
to take draughts of the sun
