MAD COW
A federal employee says that a
Creutzfeldt Jakob
Disease death (Mad
Cow or bovine
spongiform
encephalopathy) in Summit County at
the Edwin Shaw
sanatorium in
the 70's was
hushed up .. the government requested
the brain of the
corpse.
The US government's USDA, NIH, CDC,
HHS
and other agencies have hidden the
instances of Mad
Cow Disease in
the US, calling
them meningitis, leukemia, brain tumors, etc.
A current outbreak of 'meningitis' in Elyria Ohio is
also not being
properly investigated.
Critics say this is because the trillion dollar meat
industry has
the power to derail truth
seekers. The European Union say these sources has
less control of the government by the meat industry
and has
had more effective policing.
George Bush had virtually all of the Amarillo
cattlemen's support. These cattlemen operate
1/5 of the feedlots in the US. An outbreak
of MCD (Mad Cow or McDonald's) in Houston
was termed meningitis, but the government
destroyed some of Purina's Sutherland Springs
Texas herd.
However the 5th Circuit has upheld Howard Lyman,
former football player & 4th generation Montana
cattleman, in his
campaign
to expose Mad Cow. The Court said the truth
is not libelous. So the Amarillo cattlemen
have sued him a 2nd time.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corp. has done
stories on Mad Elk Disease and Mad Deer Disease
which result from the factory farming of these
animals.
Dr. David Heymann of the World Health Organization
has stated that Mad Cow has a 50 year incubation
period.
Meanwhile the USDA is not policing
the serving of animal parts in food to
cows, sheep, and pigs.
This practice, besides being lethal, is
a violation of the religious practices of
Hindus, Jews, Muslims, since pig parts
are fed to cows and cow parts are fed to
pigs. Muslims and Jews as well as some
fundamentalist Christians do not eat pork
while Hindus who have 300 million vegetarians
have 450 million more who are not vegetarians
but abstain from beef.
Health officials in much of the US avoid fast food
chain
inspections.
Capitalism in its most rapacious forms depends on
scarcity.
Meat yields 100 to 1000 lbs. per acre, depending on
land fertility,
while fruit yields 250,000 to 450,000 lbs per acre.
