Squirrels And Birds
I have been hired as an attorney for squirrels
to give reasons they are more valuable than birds.
They are a higher life form, mammals, more intelligent,
with 4 chambered hearts who nurse their young.
Birds are liked because they are often more rare. They
are prized for their flight, their insect eating,
their vivid plumage, and beautiful songs.
The squirrels think my side won, but birds prevailed in the verdict.
Squirrels said that the jury
was biased because packed with Audubon members who
don't even know that Audubon was a bird killer.
Jury members celebrated with bird attorneys... over
a chicken dinner.
