By our Lord and His Blessed Mother, I have been so abundantly blessed,
in ways I have not always described. No simile or metaphor shared, now or then,
can express my gratitude: for Their blessing on my soul (now not full of dread
by lack of Faith). They brought me to the appellation, Starward-Led;
and therein, as upon a cushioned pillow to take its rest
(without the fear of relinquishment, or of doubt, or of dread)
but rather to rejoice in the gift as in the Holy Scriptures' behest.
