Feelings
The regrets, the pain,
This endless shame.
Time stands still
but the world moves on.
There are no words or pills to help me forget.
A darkness so strong
I couldn't possibly be wrong,
These feelings that plague me
An earthquake inside me.
I am ready to crumble.
Yet I remain humble.
I fake a smile, if only for a while.
I will say I am okay,
even if it is only for today.
We are what we say We are who
We are what we say
We are who we do

Say it till you mean it.
So many possibilities
And hints to remember to move on and keep moving on, its ok to pause but dont sink there...

as if a great breeze

Turvy goes the days
of now into a slate blank
