Not a day passes that I don't think of you

The choice I made I wish I could undo

Comfort seems impossible suffer endless regret

The exact time and days that I'll never forget

I took your life away before you're first breath

Incessant pain words can't begin to express

Oh how I've cried

For our unborn life

You took the weight of the blame

Circumstances had us constrained

A part of me I'll never get back

A part of you I wanted to have

We'll get through this

Pray He'll forgive us

When each Sunday I'm reminded

Of the moment when I decided

Heaven's a better place for you
