The heart loves who it wants to love, you can not tell it what to do

You cannot tell the heart who to love – you cannot no matter how you may fight-

The heart chooses wrong or right! The heart will be where it wants to belong. The heart's strings are just that strong!



I did not want or intend to fall in love with you-

I was afraid I would be foolish and I’d get hurt too-

I was ok the with my life, it was, light as breeze, no drama, no fuss

I did  who, where, and what as I pleased…



But! The heart loves who it wants to love, you can not tell it what to do

You cannot tell the heart who to love – you cannot no matter how you may fight-

The heart chooses wrong or right! The heart will be where it wants to belong. The heart's strings are just that strong!



Oh, but now I’ve lost control of my very soul it now belongs to you-

My emotions have gotten so extremely hard to subdue-

Consequently, this is all, because I have fallen deeply and helplessly in love with you!



I could not help myself Hon, Lord knows I tried so hard to-

With you loving me so much first, what else was I supposed to do?

Your love is so strong it broke the chains off my heart, and set it free to love you back unevitably.
