What is keeping a john from propositioning a hooker in the following manner?:
john: "Hey, I'll bet you $50 that you won't give me a blow job"
hooker: "You're on!"
If the "hooker" is an undercover cop the most she can cite him for is illegal gambling, which, if I am not mistaken, is not as stiff of a crime as solicitation and/or prostitution. There certainly isn't as much of a stigma attached.
