Forgive me not …



It’s only when its gone

That you’ll miss…

And realise what you’ve got

Then it will be a sacrifice

Realised too late

So learn to take control

Don’t leave it to fate

I’m not saying you should forgive me

For I have wronged you

With words

With ways

But we all do the same

And it’s the hope…

That gets us through the days

Just don’t let me go

I’m not vain in saying…

I’m too good to loose

Just that if you’re my friend…

You’ll regret letting me walk away

Sitting, waiting in vain that I’ll come back some day…
