Moon Lit Romance Sonnet

Upon the sun there was a flirty smile
with eyelashes fluttering like white doves
and her rosy cheeks lit the sky miles
away to show her fragile crush some love.

A slow light blush graced the face of the moon
with his masculine mind getting ready
to plot his courtship for his gal at noon
slowly stars lit the night nice and steady.

The moon lit beams began to glow brightly

the stars knew that something was a miss

Like dove wings flying in the sky nightly

the moon blew a sweet butterfly kiss

So long as flowers grow in love gardens
butterfly kisses won't need pardons.
