Winds of Tomorrow

Folder:
2002 Poetry

The stallion rides on the winds of tomorrow

Filling our hearts, relieving our sorrow

Riding for us, attempting to inspire

Going through dust, rain, and fire

On top of that steed is the one we hope to know

With nothing to gain, just some quid pro quo

An equal exchange is all that he requires

Kindness and love is what he desires

The angel of god rides herd on us all

No matter how big, no matter how small

Making us better and hearing our plea

Instilling compassion in both you and me

Very nice. Mr. Carcione,
I love your visual. I wrote one
Riding the Wind Together, It's
not as good as yours, but I'm
trying.
