Why do I constantly feel this way

When I'm the only one with a heart

While everyone else remains the same

Does anyone really care

About my feelings that are "shed"

Does anyone really care

About my words that are said

What the ?!@* is wrong with me

If you know, don't be afraid to say it

Because unfortunately I've been dealt a losing hand

And am at a loss on how to play it
