I WISH I'M A FISH

Folder:
2001 Poetry

I've seen so much on the land

Mountains thin on top

Wilted shrubberies, grimy milieu

Everywhere is sullied

What's in the depth?

What's underneath my feet?

I wanna snatch a moment

To know the wonders below me

I want to go under the surface

Be submerged into unfathomable

To frolic my eyes

To the wonders of the underworld

Vast aquarium where I am en suite

Floating hues of various living forms

With all their styles of reels and twirls

That captures my breath all throughout

I want to be a fish, even for a day

To see all the kinds of corals and reefs

Their wet vegetation and their subsistence

To live through a lifetime of just one moment

I wish I were a fish where chill is never to feel

Whether huge or small that can traverse without a toll

And after sometime, after seeing and mingling

I'll leap right in a net where I could suffice Human's being

i don't like this one. again, good content, but what's the difference between poetry and just talking. which kinda pisses me off, because you have good content, just no flow.

no flow woman, NO FLOW. i don't write poetry, i can't write poetry, but you have a lot of promise, but just no flow

*sigh*
