drowning in my own thoughts
just take a look
at what it costs
My thoughts are deeper than the ocean
My thoughts are higher than the sky
Need to know the reason why then
I am just barely getting by
Depth of thought
Height of sensation
Width unknown
There is no reason or rhyme
It's just a matter of time
Babble on babble on Babylon

Just wanted to comment on your thoughts about being a waterfall...cuz I LOVE waterfalls...I was lucky enough to see Niagara Falls in Girl Scouts ages ago....they are magnificent and beautiful and a friend at work just came back from Starved Rock State Park in IL and I told him to be sure to take the path where you can actually go underneath a waterfall in a cave that I did way too long ago and need to get back there someday someway anyways, so cool... and he did...it is awesome...I love waterfalls so that makes sense to me...maybe I need to do a poem about waterfalls someday...since I tend to write about emotional stuff and things I feel strongly about..I loved your thoughts on that...remind me to write a Waterfall poem incase I forget...Thanks,Pam

you can not be a babling brook if your thoughts are deeper then ocean higher then sky you are a great water fall!Consider a brook is shallow an ocean is deep and there is force behind a waterfall like there is force or calling if you will behind the writers of words!
