I experience small explosions

from behind my eyes

that I look at you

a call is made to the calm in my

soul

'Each Lovely Time'

we communicate

you reveal clues of your own

sincere reactions to me

'Each Lovely Time' we interact

you say I make you feel so very

comfortable

and upon a handful of

occasions

you have sat back as if

warmed by such thought

and asked me not to change

one single thing about myself

I find myself so eager and yet relaxed

in your genteel presence

your thoughtfulness and care

disarm me to the point of enchantment

time has become a gift unto itself

you inspire security for the journey

we have embarked upon with each other

I am happier at the prospect of knowing

I'll know you better and better

as these summer days progress

astonished and thankful I am

that those foolish women in Canada

don't see the diamond of sincere maleness

that you are

when they have a joy I've not yet known

of beholding you face to face

in the entrancing view of a one on one

live encounter

proof my soul tells me

that I am the blessed one in this regard

given such clarifying eyes as I have been

these past three electrifying days

to behold you in your true and accurate form............
