'I Marveled In Disgust'
just earlier today
at the racial hatred
that is rising up at an
alarming rate
in the modern Ukraine
history
like a dark and bitter
pill
is being administered
by yet more of the
overly narrow minded
young Aryan same
will they never learn
that the world
won't tolerate
racist bullies
who have nothing better to do
than spout their inferior
propaganda
with such ideas
bordering on the profane
we won this war before
massively bloody, deadly
and long as it was
and if need be the world
will win it again
and such elements will be
beat back into the recesses
of society where they belong
just as Germany had to be
and learned such lesson
in a very hard and devastating
way
no race super cedes another
nor has the right to
intimidate those of
another land's name
not in this global world
we find ourselves
living in today
we all stand as humans
ready to defend our distant
brothers
when overt hatred spills into
the stream at the forefront
of even just our televisions' screens...........

Author's Notes/Comments: 

I watched in abject horror and disgust earlier on BBC world news this evening of Ukraine's rising white racist young people using at football stadiums in large and shocking numbers Hitler-esque hail signs and then preceding to beat up any minorities they find in the crowd. Ukraine, I learned has won some spot where they will host some Summer 2012 football ( soccer) games and my gut tells me that if the Ukrainian authorities do not protect all the fans of such abuse and get such shameful racism under control soon within their borders that the world will not view such repeated Aryan garbage being put on display to spill out into world view like that at, of all things, a competitive games tournament with many of the more progressive nation's eyes watching. That will not bode well for the narrow minded haters' agendas. As you know, history teaches us, that those of the narrow minded and ignorant view never learn this valuable lesson and have to repeatedly have it taught to them in such violent and conflicting back lash ways. In such moments when I see this shame thrown on the modern world all I can say is, "Forgive them Father, they know not what they do!'................

I very much enjoyed this read.. I'm what I like to call colorblind... the truth of your words is haunting and sad... one wonders if humanity will EVER be unified... though given our past it is unlikely..
