I SMILED AT YOUR PICTURE TODAY

Folder:
JOURNAL # 41

I smiled at your picture today
such scrumptious eyes you have
they swim still
in my mind's
most voluptuous memory
like gorgeous sea bass near
the Cape's coast
so trained and steady upon my
tender visage
I am enamored by the inky depth
such eyes possess
enchantment rules
those beloved high cheekbones
and that nose is nothing short of
indignant
riveted are my fingers
to comb through that
shaggy pelt of black upon brown
haphazard hair
even though your exterior fascinates
it's your interior that
endlessly captivates
and that is the strongest pull on me
you will ever rent
for I am banquet
to your garden's hint..................
