ANGER'S NAIL, ON SHANNON'S BEHALF

Folder:
JOURNAL #13

to a gnarled head all emotion came

a complete cathartic mess

some would be quick to claim

the tide of the initial event

rolled about like an almost damning shame

until the line 'To What Do I Owe The Pleasure'

I come to associate with only one all assuming

name

Devere!

oh, how your smile once so painlessly nailed me

your touch a tart wine

sampled but for my eclectic taste

memory, how so often she has cruelly failed me

until this page in my mind

crumpled to make a fist

to once again fondly forget you

this very novel thought alone

how I have dearly missed

so go ahead,

leave again

for this time you have been dismissed..........
