in the crack of what is not spoken

it is there where wisdom shall be found

in the warm ginger embrace of silence itself

a timid awareness often comes to call

it is Alike aligning itself with Alike

beneath a fond illumination of peace

where tranquility feels so at home

and stokes the hearth with her fires of

honest compassion

the reality one relies upon is but an intricately

woven, clever cloak

and in the darkest moments while wreathing

in fearful despair

the cloak thins to gossamer

and it is there where we so alone indeed

become more and more soul aware

such times are 'Recipes For Discovery'

God makes it so easy for us to find him

we are the ones who make it so hard

when skeptical or far too ashamed to openly

seek him out

take then a moment or so instead

and simply try embracing the idea of your very

own soul

and  his presence there too

will overwhelm you with what is true

for doubt is for the empty

what fear is for the isolated

find your soul and God will seek you out

as he longs for our eternal reunion

all of which he built in our very beings

one brick of faith at a time.....
