JOURNAL #9 turn on the news and you too can become quite easily
inspired
the unexplained and virtual mayhem in today's society
gets me all perked up and intensely wired
I have this incredible knack for topicating the mediocre
to the barely yet believed
upon the inner insight great success by the grace of
God can quite successfully be achieved
for he who knows his own limits possesses more than his
fellow man
so then it is his repetitive job to oversee that the basics are
covered to the last possible letter of each and every plan
certain laws of course form these general boundaries we each
must try to stay safely within
yet when crossed the conscious mind baths each guilt
like it were some clandestine dirty sin
actions are not nearly as awful as the (re)actions
to any even small dastardly deed
we simply become enemies of our own poisoned minds
unknowing victims you might say
through that of which we try to impede
earmarked forever into a most uncertain future by the
infinite number of satellites with their quick and
impersonal eyes for all current and pressing news
perhaps the end will rise one day to murder the means
that has so far only just managed to reconstruct our
previously uninvited views.......
