In The Darkness

Folder:
Family

In the darkness,

I sit and wait,

a bright light,

to anticipate,

my own true fears,

that has appeared.

In the darkness I write,

about a solemnly night,

which has no ends,

to these falling tears.

In the darkness I fear,

of an unknown shadow,

ripping out to appear,

as it glares at me.

In the darkness I'm alone,

with no one to hold,

but only my teddy bear,

whom I have so close.

In the darkness I sleep,

with a light of hope,

this endless nightmare,

will soon disappear.
