Jesus loves me true

Jesus said he loved me

And this i already knew

But could he really mean it

When he said "i love you"?



People said that to me

But never meant it true

Why did they abuse it

When they said "i love you"?



Breaking were the words

That pierced my heart through

When someone didn't mean it

When they said "i love you"



Jesus still says that

And now i know it true

That when he says it

He really means it true.

Author's Notes/Comments: 

i alwasy questioned people when they said i love you, but now i know that When God says them to me id ont have to question him. its a good feeling
