just let them know

your brain is shutting down
your heart is freezing over
your soul is shattering into a million pieces
yet you act like nothing is wrong
why is it so bad to let anyone in
why must you act like it’s a sin
a sin to need help
a sin to admit that you need someone
someone to help you through the rough times
everyone needs someone
all you have to do is just let them in
