gazing at stars on a cold, winter night

making wishes on moonbeams

the silence of new fallen snow

and the sound of peace it brings

green apples in the springtime

yellow daises, fields of grass

gentle rains, dew drops on morning glories

fluffy clouds in a bright, blue sky



I LOVE

lazy summer afternoons

heat shimmering in the distance

wading in a cold creek on a hot day

sitting on a porch swing wrapped up in a blanket

watching a thunder and lightening storm

the nostalgic smell of Fall

red, orange, and yellow trees

smoke from a chimney

leaves swirling, dancing in the wind

sleeping in a tent feeling the warmth of my lover

shooting sparks from a campfire

the sky just before dark

sunset over a lake

catching lightening bugs

counting raindrops

the sound of crickets late at night

staring at the moon

letting it mesmerize me
