Dear God, I'd LOVE to know



Could I buy you a gift

Or give you a lift

To somewhere romantic and secret

I'd comfort your cries

And tell you no lies

In my dreams all night I can see it



So tell me how

I can impress you now

And get you to like me as well

After all this time

I still want you mine

Without you my life is Hell



Is it ok to wait

Then ask for a date
