Rescued

God (Inspired by)

I can’t control my skin.

There’s a weakness
and failing
in my bones.

I always fall down
and hold on
to what keeps me
on the ground.

There’s a gravity
that won’t
let me be free.

But you came
to rescue me
from myself.

You saved me
though I wasn’t worthy
to even kiss your feet.

But you lifted me up
and called me loved.

I always enjoy your writings,

I always enjoy your writings, they bring me back down to earth. Got to love the rescue, especially for those of us who have been rescued more than once! Thanks, and keep writing.

Your Friend,
Seraphim
