Please forgive me for those tears

I have caused you

I will never cause you

pain ever again

and please believe me

when I say: I’m sorry



I’ve been shot down

And I’m bleeding

I deserve the pain

So just let me die

Because I don’t deserve to live



I fall into darkness

Screaming I’m sorry

I’m now where I can’t escape

Alone in darkness

And please forgive

Because I’m sorry

Poem written for a friend, I’ve hurt by saying something I didn’t mean, which that person totally misunderstood and feels sad about, because of me.
