I could never say that i wanted those years
to just dissapear.
Because in truth, they were the best years of my life.
But you made me believe otherwise,
when you broke my heart that Valentine's Day.
What a horrible day that is for me now.
But now I'm happy all on my own.
Thanks to you, I have to learn how to love again.

Poety is special since it expresses the emotions of the author yet the author can also mold the emotions expressed to create a story.
In your case this is the history of an inocent girl probably in highschool or middle school and her introduction to the true side of life; the initiation needed for her to become independent, strong, and above all else, content with her new life.
