I don't know. But I'm feeling pretty emo right about now. And I don't think I'm a bad person for it. Just acknowleging the feelings. They can be frustrating to deal with sometimes, but I'm just taking deep breaths and thinking about writing to deal with it. I say, just love yourself and don't judge for the emotions. If you don't allow yourself to feel them, you'll just stuff them somewhere in your body and get sick.
