Still Don't Love You

i have tried to think of every way

Instead of coming out straight

I was going to trick you

So you'd say we're through.

I really don't want to hurt you

So just a quick "It's over" will do

I know what it was like for her

I understand why it wasn't forever.

We're so far apart, it hurts to know

How you will never kiss or hold

I'm trying to put him in, take you out

Although, about him I have doubts.

He's older than me.  Kind of strange

I get weak at the whisper of his name

The way he proves he wants me

I shake this, we'll never be.

I still don't know what to do

'Cause I still don't love you.

I really liked this poem, It reminds me of past relationships that I've been in, I thought that was cool. Sad but good. - Alice.
